Job Summary
InfraServ Wiesbaden is seeking an experienced Team Leader for IT Systems to oversee a team of five IT specialists. This role is crucial for ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of a hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows, Linux, M365/Azure environments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing concepts for new IT solutions, providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for technical issues, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute actively to digital transformation within an industrial setting, leveraging strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and enhance IT services.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or electronic vocational training with further qualification as a Certified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification; alternatively, a technical, electronic, or IT-related vocational training combined with a relevant university degree.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- At least 3 years of technical leadership responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft 365 / Azure and Microsoft Server Technologies
- Proficient in PowerShell
- Solid knowledge in data center infrastructure operations, enterprise hardware, and virtualization with VMware vSphere
