Job Summary
This role is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join a team and ensure the smooth operation of daily IT systems. The core responsibilities involve managing the entire support lifecycle, from receiving and documenting support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems, to analyzing and resolving basic network issues (LAN, WLAN, VPN). The specialist will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various endpoints, including workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices. Key qualifications include initial experience in an IT Helpdesk environment, familiarity with Windows and iOS operating systems, and proficiency with common software like Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate must possess strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly document solutions and processes, while also training end-users on IT security policies and system usage.
