Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional, including career starters and experienced colleagues (50+), who will serve as the primary point of contact for all operational IT inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software, both locally and via remote maintenance, managing user accounts and permissions, and meticulously documenting requests within the ticket system. The specialist will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling IT hardware, installing operating systems and software, and contributing to the planning and implementation of new IT projects. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or comparable professional experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Azure, SharePoint, and current networking/VPN technologies, coupled with fluent German and good English skills.
