Job Summary

The Lead Quality Operations Analyst will be instrumental in establishing and leading a new Quality Operations function focused on enhancing operational resilience and reducing systemic defects across student-facing platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining quality standards, leading deep audits of technical and operational processes, and conducting complex investigations into system defects and process failures (including those involving the CARE/Simovative platform). The role requires partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to embed quality upstream in system design, challenging legacy processes, and owning critical quality metrics and KPIs. Ideal candidates possess proven experience in leading quality or process-improvement initiatives, a deep understanding of the German education sector and its regulations, and strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and risk mitigation. This position is attractive due to its high-impact, autonomous nature and the opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up, while working remotely within Germany or the UK.
