Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of education at Germany's largest university by teaching software development topics within a dual studies program at the Berlin campus, starting April 1, 2026. The Lecturer will deliver scientifically sound knowledge with a strong practical focus, specifically covering areas like Spring Boot, object-oriented programming, Java web technologies, and JSP. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently preparing and conducting lectures based on module handbooks, creating and grading examinations aligned with module objectives, and providing individualized support to students connecting theory with practical application. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses practical professional experience in the subject area, and ideally has prior academic teaching experience.
