Job Summary

The Administration Association of Wittislingen is seeking a Certified Civil Engineering Technician, preferably specializing in Civil Engineering/Underground Construction, for a full-time, permanent position. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of municipal construction projects, from drafting and reviewing architect/engineer contracts to independent preparation, tendering, and supervision of minor building and renovation measures. Key responsibilities include creating specifications for smaller construction projects, technically supporting municipal properties, and providing expert guidance on road construction, water supply, and drainage projects. Candidates must possess professional experience as a certified technician or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Engineering), knowledge of relevant legal regulations (HOAI, VOB), strong communication skills, and proven project experience.
