Job Summary

This role focuses on supporting operative IT budget management and planning within an energy sector company in Dortmund. Day-to-day tasks include managing IT financial processes using SAP S/4, such as creating purchase requisitions, processing invoices, and performing detailed financial reporting. A key responsibility is defining and utilizing Power BI dashboards, including creating user stories and testing, to provide actionable insights. Furthermore, the specialist will support and train colleagues in advanced Excel data analysis and PowerPoint presentation creation using CO-Pilot. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a related field, strong knowledge of SAP S/4, SAC, and Power BI, coupled with excellent communication skills to manage IT financial operations effectively in a hybrid 80% onsite/20% offsite model.
