Job Summary
This role involves leading the building management and operations department for a public sector client in Munich, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the strategic, technical, infrastructural, and commercial alignment of properties for optimal space development, collaborating closely with the 'Construction and Technology' group within Facility Management. Key responsibilities include creating decision templates, forecasts, and implementing processes, ensuring compliance with operator responsibilities and AMEV guidelines for maintenance and inspections of building systems. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate operations, team leadership, and a solid understanding of relevant regulations and software systems.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/FH) in Engineering with a focus on Facility Management or Business Administration (FH/Bachelor) with a focus on Industrial Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience in operating and managing real estate properties
- Proven leadership experience
- Familiarity with requirements for lease and service provider contracts, current norms, and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of service provider management and procurement, especially for services
