Job Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining sophisticated Surface-Mount Device (SMD) manufacturing lines for a leading client in Munich. The Electronics Technician will be responsible for preparing and setting up SMD production machines (Assembleon/Panasonic), monitoring operations, troubleshooting malfunctions, and performing regular maintenance on equipment including paste printers, reflow soldering systems, and Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machines. A crucial part of the job is ensuring quality control and rework of electronic assemblies according to industry standards (IPC, JEDEC), alongside meticulous data entry into ERP and MES systems (ABAS/AEGIS). The ideal candidate will possess a background in electronics, practical experience with SMD lines, and knowledge of ESD protection. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and good German and English language skills are essential for success in this detail-oriented manufacturing environment.
