Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional with a background in electrical engineering or a similar technical field, who is eager to work at the intersection of technology, service, and customer relations within a GMP-regulated environment. The Maintenance Planning Coordinator is responsible for structuring and executing maintenance planning activities, including defining maintenance scopes and intervals (time and cycle-based), and developing recommendations for replacement and wear parts, as well as exchange cycles for preventive maintenance. Daily tasks involve coordinating maintenance measures in collaboration with customers and internal departments, performing on-site service assignments, including DGUV V3 measurements, and maintaining technical documentation. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and foundational experience in maintenance and documentation, preferably within a highly regulated setting.
