Job Summary

This is a key leadership and technical role focused on managing and evolving the internal IT and system landscape for a growing Green-Tech SaaS provider specializing in energetic urban planning and climate adaptation measures. The manager will be responsible for the continuous development and operation of internal systems, optimizing IT service structures, and driving the implementation and maintenance of the internal ERP system. A critical component of the role involves analyzing and improving existing IT systems, processes, and interfaces, alongside developing and implementing IT security and risk concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT operations and systems, and will have the opportunity to lead a team member with the potential for future team expansion. This position offers significant autonomy, short decision-making paths, and a hybrid work model based in Rostock.
