Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the development, design, and feasibility assessment of media-carrying lines and components specifically for automotive climate control systems. The Development Engineer will manage projects from the initial concept and design phases through to manufacturing launch, serving as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Key responsibilities include conducting simulations, such as Finite Element Method (FEM), to optimize flow behavior and thermal load, developing validation plans, and organizing test execution. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Automotive) and fundamental knowledge in thermal management, AC lines, and the development of components for electric or hybrid vehicles. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD/FEM software, and the ability to effectively document and present technical results.

Experience
