Job Summary
This fixed-term, full-time Energy Manager role, based within the Mühlacker municipal administration, focuses on optimizing energy efficiency across city properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensively documenting existing building substance and technology, developing strategic energy renovation concepts, and providing technical consulting for municipal construction and refurbishment projects. A core part of the role involves establishing and implementing a robust energy controlling system, including data acquisition and database setup, alongside monitoring and programming building control systems. You will actively analyze weak points, identify energy-saving potentials, and drive the integration of renewable energy sources. The position requires preparing the annual energy report and developing energy instructions for the city administration. Key qualifications include a university degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom) in Building, Energy, or Environmental Technology, coupled with strong technical knowledge in building management.
