Job Summary

This critical role involves strategically and operationally protecting the company's systems, data, and processes by taking on the key responsibility for IT security across the German organization. The IT Security Manager will develop, implement, and continuously improve the IT security strategy and policies in alignment with international group standards. Key activities include defining and monitoring secure IT architectures (including network and cloud environments), conducting risk management, coordinating security incident response, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements like GDPR and frameworks such as ISO 27001. The role also requires adapting group security policies for German entities, enhancing security awareness among staff, and managing external security service providers (e.g., SOC/MDR, Pentests).
