Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and execution of operating equipment construction projects, focusing on design, development, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, applying, and monitoring process structures for operating equipment, ensuring compliance with Quality Management (QM) tools. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, designing, and supporting the assembly of operating equipment, maintaining technical documentation, and programming components. Collaboration with internal departments, external suppliers, and service providers is crucial. Additionally, the role involves mentoring technical product design apprentices on their final projects and providing construction support, particularly concerning configurator programming for automation. Ideal candidates possess a technical degree or technician qualification, proficiency in 3D CAD systems like SolidWorks, and experience in project management and construction methodology.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Technology, or Building Services Engineering) or advanced training as a Technician (e.g., Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology)
Experience
- Professional experience or internships in development and construction are advantageous
