This pivotal role involves establishing and leading the Data & AI Consulting entity in Zagreb, Croatia, starting in Q1 2026. The Team Lead will combine hands-on consulting (approximately 4 days per week in data science or data engineering) with operational management, coaching, and international bridge-building. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a growing team of consultants, ensuring delivery excellence on international Data & AI projects, and acting as the local face to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in IT consulting, proven team leadership skills, and expertise in Data & AI technologies.
