Job Summary

This role seeks a technically skilled individual to join the internal technical support team, focusing on electrical components within Nordex wind turbines. The successful candidate will primarily provide technical support via telephone to field service technicians nationally and internationally. Key responsibilities include developing and documenting repair processes, managing material requirements for purchasing, and planning and executing repairs on electronic components. Furthermore, the role involves controlling and evaluating technical and commercial reports (e.g., expert opinions, service reports) and actively contributing to product improvements and problem-solving initiatives. Candidates must possess a background as an electrician or mechatronics technician, ideally coupled with experience in technical support or field service for Nordex systems, and demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English. This position offers a 38.5-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working options, supporting the ongoing advancement of renewable energy.
