You will provide critical technical support via phone to field service technicians, both nationally and internationally, ensuring swift resolution of complex issues. Key responsibilities include developing and documenting repair processes for electronic components, coordinating material requirements with purchasing, and analyzing service reports and expert opinions from both technical and commercial perspectives. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel occasionally.
