This role is for an Electronics Technician within the expanding Photovoltaics Service department, focusing on the maintenance and commissioning of large-scale solar installations (100 MW built recently). The core responsibilities include remotely monitoring fault messages, performing on-site troubleshooting, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring the operational readiness of PV components like inverters and modules. A critical task involves the AC-side connection of new systems, including configuring meter cabinets, commissioning the site, and handling necessary grid operator reporting and testing. You will also be responsible for replacing defective equipment. Candidates must possess vocational training as an Electronics Technician (Energy & Building Technology, Operations Technology, or Automation Technology) or be a Master Electrician, though entry-level applicants are welcomed, making it an excellent opportunity for career starters. Proficiency in German (C1/Fluent) and a Class B driver's license are required.
