Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical facility management for a data center in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of all building systems. The Data Center Facility Manager will be responsible for coordinating all services, acting as the central point of contact for the client, and continuously optimizing operational processes and concepts. Key responsibilities include leading a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors, overseeing maintenance, inspection, and repair work according to strict standards, and ensuring compliance with all legal and technical regulations, including safety and fire protection. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Facility Management) and possesses significant professional experience in Technical Facility Management, specifically within a data center environment, coupled with proven leadership experience.
