Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony (KVN) by driving digital transformation within the healthcare sector. The E-Health Consultant will be responsible for enthusiastically advising members on digitalization topics, drafting political statements regarding digital health, and meticulously creating and monitoring project plans for digitalization initiatives. A key part of the job is actively participating in nationwide working groups, contributing expertise on digital medical care, and staying current with developments in telematics infrastructure and practice management systems. This position requires strong project management skills, experience with modern methodologies like Agile/Scrum, and the ability to confidently lead complex digital projects to success, ensuring the highest level of ambulatory care for nearly eight million people in Lower Saxony.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Health Economics, (Business) Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification with a clear focus on the healthcare sector

Experience

  • Professional experience in leading complex digitalization projects independently
  • Experience in Telematics Infrastructure and eHealth (ideally)
  • Experience in creating webinars and knowledge transfer

Languages

German (Fluent)
