Job Summary
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital processes within care and support facilities. The specialist will ensure the optimal utilization and continuous enhancement of existing IT solutions used for service delivery, documentation, and organizational workflows. Key responsibilities include leading IT development projects, acting as the primary technical contact for software vendors, managing licenses, ensuring data security administration, and driving process optimization through effective release management. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing IT projects, expertise in process design, and knowledge of quality management, ideally coupled with a background in healthcare administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Healthcare Administrator (Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen) or comparable qualification.
