Job Summary

This Senior Technical Project Manager role offers the chance to drive innovative and sustainable construction and real estate projects, managing a diverse portfolio from offices to residential buildings. You will be the central force responsible for the technical realization of new builds, overseeing all critical building services disciplines (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Climate, Electrical - HLSKE) from initial concept through final handover. A significant focus will be on implementing energy-efficient and sustainable technical solutions, such as heat pumps and intelligent control systems, and establishing long-term technical standards. Success in this role requires a background in Electrical or Supply Engineering, extensive experience managing complex building services projects, and deep expertise in Technical Building Equipment (TGA). You must be a holistic thinker, adept at negotiation with external partners, and capable of structured, autonomous project leadership, bringing a passion for innovation and digital transformation to large-scale projects.
