Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive on-site IT support to school customers, focusing heavily on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components within school networks. The specialist will be responsible for identifying problems, conducting detailed error analyses, and developing effective solutions. A key aspect of the job is direct end-user support, including training and instructing staff on system operation, as well as consulting on and implementing new IT concepts. Candidates should possess a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, professional experience in the IT sector, and specific knowledge of IP and network technologies, particularly within Windows environments. This position offers the opportunity to join the SBE team, part of the IServ Group, contributing significantly to the digitalization of education in Germany with fixed working hours and the prospect of a permanent contract after an initial one-year term.
