Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer responsible for the independent planning and execution of electronic systems projects across multiple locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating technical specifications with clients, designing and creating circuit diagrams and control cabinet layouts, supporting commissioning activities, and generating comprehensive electrical documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification, and possesses initial professional experience in electrical design. Key technical skills include proficiency in E-Plan P8 and basic knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., TIA Portal or STEP 7). Success in this position requires a self-reliant, team-oriented, and communicative working style, along with strong German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills.
