This is a key leadership role for a (Senior) Manager specializing in Data & Analytics consulting within the Financial Services sector, operating across major German hubs. The incumbent will guide international banks, insurers, and asset managers through complex automation and digital transformation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading distributed analyst and developer teams, overseeing the implementation of scalable data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and driving the responsible application of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions. You will be expected to develop innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using modern cloud technologies, manage project planning and stakeholder communication, and actively contribute to business development and sales activities. Success in this role requires a strong background in cloud-based data architecture, proven team leadership experience, and fluent communication skills in both German (C1 minimum) and English, offering a guaranteed steep learning curve and the chance to shape the future of the financial industry.
