This role involves supporting the Water Management Office in Donauwörth by focusing on the chemical and industrial wastewater monitoring across the entire administrative district. The successful candidate will independently organize, execute, and document official monitoring of industrial and commercial wastewater treatment plants, including sample collection, pre-treatment, and preservation. Key responsibilities also include planning and evaluating monitoring data using the DABay system, drafting comprehensive surveillance reports, and corresponding with plant operators regarding deficiencies. This position requires a Bachelor's or FH Diploma in a relevant engineering field (Chemistry, Environmental, or Chemical Process Engineering), strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a high level of responsibility and reliability.
