Job Summary

This role involves supporting Siemens in Leipzig as an Electrical Tester or Test Field Electrician, focusing on signal technology systems. Key responsibilities include preparing necessary equipment, performing electrical and signal technology connections for test runs, and integrating compressor systems into the test field setup. The successful candidate will participate in recording measurements, switching on the power supply (up to 36 kV, requiring specific authorization), and dismantling connections post-test. A core part of the job is identifying and eliminating fault causes and proposing corrective measures for deviations from target specifications. Candidates must have a completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent, possess at least three years of relevant professional experience in the electronic industry, and be proficient in reading technical drawings and applying current electrotechnical standards.
