The primary function is IT System Administration, encompassing the operation, monitoring, and development of systems in the data centers, managing complex server landscapes (VMware, Citrix), and handling client management, configuration, and documentation. You will be a key contributor to 2nd-Level-Support, focusing on availability, performance, and IT security, including patch and release management using tools like Matrix42. The secondary function involves the professional supervision and vocational training of IT Specialist apprentices for System Integration. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with profound experience in Microsoft Windows Server/Client operating systems, Active Directory, and MS Exchange.
