Job Summary
This critical role seeks an experienced and pragmatic operational leader with a hands-on mentality to manage the daily operations of Facility Management across MEDIAN Group's approximately 120 healthcare facilities in Germany. The Operational Lead acts as a deputy for the Head of FM and collaborates closely with four regional managers to ensure the comprehensive delivery of all technical services, including exterior facilities, supported by a team of over 300 employees. Key responsibilities include implementing daily business strategies, achieving quantitative organizational goals, optimizing technical and commercial FM structures and processes, promoting cross-regional teamwork, and driving continuous improvement (KVP) and digitalization initiatives. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Business Administration, Building Technology, or Engineering, coupled with several years of practical experience in technical building operations or TGA project steering, and demonstrated success in cooperative employee leadership. This is a high-impact position offering a permanent contract and significant scope for shaping the future of FM within a market-leading healthcare provider.
Required Skills

Completed degree in Business Administration, Building Technology, or Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in technical building operations and management
- Several years of experience in steering Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects

- Experience in optimizing structures and processes within technical and commercial Facility Management
