Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Mechatronics or Electronics professional to join a leading European specialist in intelligent battery solutions, based near Karlstein am Main, with required nationwide travel. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electronic assemblies, ensuring high quality and functionality of advanced battery systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting function tests, detailed quality checks, and documentation, alongside providing essential telephone support for system disruptions. A key aspect of the role involves training and instructing customer personnel on system operation. Candidates must possess a strong background in electronics or mechatronics, a high degree of travel readiness, and excellent quality awareness, with strong German and English language skills being essential for customer interaction and documentation.
