Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the field, initially starting via a recruitment agency with the aim of transitioning to a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be based in the greater Hannover area and will be responsible for the comprehensive management of facility operations. Key duties include scheduling and capacity planning, preparing proposals and supplements, coordinating project workflows, and controlling project budgets. A critical component of the role is the technical leadership of the team and maintaining strong client relationships through consulting and care. Candidates must possess a qualification as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician in fields such as Electrical Engineering, or Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary systems, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar management position.
