Job Summary

This role involves managing facility operations for a market leader in the Facility Management sector within the greater Berlin area. The Site Manager will be responsible for critical operational tasks including scheduling and capacity planning, preparing quotes and supplementary agreements, and coordinating project workflows and controlling. A key component of the job is the technical leadership of the local team, alongside participating in contract awarding discussions and client meetings. Successful candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or hold a state-certified Technician qualification or a relevant degree in these trades. This position requires proven professional experience, ideally multiple years in a similar leadership capacity, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships through expert consultation and meticulous documentation.
