This role is for a proactive Facility Management Site Manager based in the Frankfurt am Main area, joining a market leader in the FM sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing scheduling and capacity planning, preparing proposals and supplements, coordinating workflows, and overseeing project controlling. A critical component of the job involves providing technical leadership to the team, participating in contract award discussions, and managing customer consulting and relationship maintenance. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a State-Certified Technician qualification, or a relevant degree.
