Job Summary

This role involves managing complex facility operations for a market leader in the greater Cologne area, focusing on ensuring timely execution and capacity utilization. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing offers and addenda, coordinating project workflows, and rigorous project controlling. A critical component of the job is providing technical leadership to the team and actively participating in contract award discussions and customer consultations, ensuring strong client relationships are maintained. You will also be responsible for detailed documentation of all processes. To succeed, you must hold a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or be a Certified Technician, or possess a relevant university degree. Candidates should bring several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar management capacity.
