Job Summary

This role involves managing facility operations for a market-leading client in the Greater Dresden area, focusing on scheduling, capacity planning, and project oversight. The Site Manager will be responsible for creating and coordinating tenders and supplementary bids, ensuring smooth project execution and control. A key component of the role is the technical leadership of the team, coupled with active participation in contract award negotiations and client meetings. Furthermore, the manager will handle customer consulting and relationship management, ensuring detailed documentation of all processes. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or an equivalent technical degree/university qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar management position.
