Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Facility Management Site Manager to oversee complex technical operations in the greater Regensburg area, working for a market leader in the German FM sector. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous schedule and capacity planning, developing offers and amendments, and conducting detailed project controlling. A critical component is providing professional leadership to the technical team and managing all necessary documentation. The manager will also act as the primary contact for customer consulting and relationship management, participating in contract award discussions. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification, such as a Master Craftsman certification or a degree in specialized trades like Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, coupled with several years of professional experience in a comparable management position.
