Job Summary

This role as Production Coordinator at FEYCOLOR GmbH, part of the Mipa Group, places you as the area manager for a specific production sub-section within this leading European manufacturer of high-quality paints and coatings. Your daily responsibilities include serving as the crucial interface between various manufacturing sites and coordinating internal logistics processes with production planning and quality assurance teams. A significant part of the job involves driving efficiency through process automation and optimizing machine equipment. You will actively plan and implement productivity-enhancing measures, ensure manufacturing deadlines are met, and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in an Industrial or Chemical discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
