Job Summary

This Consultant role within thyssenkrupp Management Consulting (tkMC) offers a high-impact opportunity to drive the industrial and sustainable transformation of a global technology and industrial group. You will work on critical projects spanning Strategy & Markets, Performance & Transformation, Transactions, and Digitization, reporting directly to top management. Day-to-day responsibilities include tackling entrepreneurial challenges, developing future-oriented strategies, and managing project modules from conception to successful completion across various business units. You will be responsible for project communication and creating high-level presentations for executive leadership. The ideal candidate holds an excellent Master's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences) and brings initial practical experience from management consulting or a corporate strategy department. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, numerical literacy, and C1 fluency in both German and English, alongside a willingness to travel to client sites.
