Job Summary

This role involves supporting the daily operations of the Sample Library within Zalando Fashion Studios, focusing heavily on organization, inventory management, and logistics support. The Assistant is responsible for maintaining physical order and system accuracy of fashion samples, including efficient unpacking, packing, and tracking of items for suppliers and vendors. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach, particularly in a fast-paced fashion retail or warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or logistics and basic familiarity with inventory systems and Excel. This is a full-time, onsite position limited to a 12-month contract, requiring good English communication skills and the ability to handle physical tasks related to warehouse organization.
