Job Summary

This role is a critical, full-time, permanent position focused on the meticulous quality control and assembly of small medical devices in Karlsruhe. The specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day inspection of products, frequently utilizing a microscope for detailed examination and visual checks. Key duties include measuring, documenting results accurately, and performing significant manual assembly work on light medical components. Candidates must be reliable, willing to learn new processes within medical technology, and comfortable working in a controlled environment (regulated air, dust, and climate). Requirements include availability for a 2-shift system and strict adherence to hygiene regulations, such as prohibiting cosmetics. Professional experience working with a microscope is advantageous.
