Job Summary

This is a critical, full-stack data role for a Senior Engineer responsible for taking complete ownership of the company's data and AI systems, spanning ingestion, modeling, embedding pipelines, and LLM-based applications. The successful candidate will operate with a dual mandate: building and scaling the AI-native data platform while helping to shape and lead the growing Data & AI team. Day-to-day tasks involve architecting and deploying AI-powered systems into production (e.g., RAG architectures using OpenSearch), optimizing agentic workflows, and extending LLM capabilities via supervised fine-tuning. Furthermore, the role requires building scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines using tools like Lambda and Glue, managing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and maintaining the core data model using dbt Cloud.
