Job Summary

This role involves providing essential trial support within the clinical research domain for a pharmaceutical company in Holzkirchen. The Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or equivalent professional will primarily assist the Clinical Trial Associate and/or Contracting teams. Key daily responsibilities include the continuous administration, management, and archiving of study documents, and supporting the creation of documentation for ethics and regulatory submissions. The position also involves contract administration across various indications, distribution of study materials, and general data entry, including tracking, shipping, quality control, and archiving of study contracts. Candidates must hold a completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA, or comparable qualification, possess initial commercial or administrative professional experience, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, along with fluent written and spoken English and German.
