Head of Maintenance | Instandhaltungsleiter(m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all operational equipment, focusing on both electrical and mechanical systems within production and process plants. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex faults in control systems (including Siemens S5/S7 and B&R controllers, and Danfoss VLT frequency converters), and commissioning mechatronic and electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional qualification as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician, coupled with strong experience in repair and preventative maintenance from both electrical and mechanical perspectives. Success in this position requires expertise in fault finding within conventional control and drive technology (Danfoss, SEW Eurodrive) and proficient German language skills (C1 level minimum).
