Job Summary

The Verification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of complex technological solutions, focusing specifically on battery management and radio frequency technologies. Key daily tasks include creating detailed test specifications based on intricate technical requirements, planning and executing tests, and thoroughly documenting the results. A critical component of this role involves analyzing test outcomes, identifying root causes of failures, tracking deviations, and generating comprehensive error reports. The ideal candidate must possess a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Computer Science) and proven experience in requirements-based test specification and battery management systems (including aging, cycles, and protection mechanisms). Success in this role requires a structured, proactive, and highly responsible working style, alongside strong collaboration skills for coordinating with international development and testing teams. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
