Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive planning, tendering, and site supervision in accordance with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) regulations. You will develop technical concepts, create cost calculations, manage service specifications, and independently handle project execution, including coordination of specialized companies and collaboration with clients, architects, and planning partners. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or certification as an Electrical Master/Technician, coupled with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Office and CAD applications.
