Job Summary

This position calls for an ambitious Metrology Technician to autonomously manage and implement 3D measurement technology within a quality assurance setting. Key responsibilities include programming coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and developing highly efficient measurement concepts and processes to guarantee precise testing outcomes. The role involves continuous analysis, preparation, and presentation of measurement results, alongside the optimization and further development of 3D metrology processes. A critical task is performing initial sample inspections according to internal release protocols. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical vocational education, practical experience in measurement technology, and proficiency with specialized software such as Zeiss Calypso and Polyworks, as well as SAP and MS Office.
