Job Summary

This role involves developing, optimizing, and laying out multi-layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for sophisticated electronic systems. The designer will be responsible for creating and evolving schematics and microcontroller-based assemblies, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and requirements. Key activities include conducting simulations and tests using tools like SPICE, MATLAB, and LabView to guarantee functionality and quality, with a strong focus on developing EMC-compliant circuits, power electronics, and driver circuits. A critical component of the job is the design and implementation of FPGA solutions using VHDL (e.g., Xilinx, Lattice, Altera), defining verification requirements, and performing functional tests on target hardware. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical engineering or electronics, proven experience in hardware development and PCB design, and proficiency with ECAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad, coupled with knowledge of embedded systems and measurement technology.
