Key responsibilities include leading and deploying staff, managing budgets, and overseeing cost control. A critical component is guaranteeing operational safety and compliance with all legal requirements, including coordinating maintenance, training, and certifications. The Project Engineer acts as the primary contact for customers, authorities (like TÜV), external service providers, and internal departments, while also contributing to technical working groups. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, preferably in Chemical, Energy, or Process Engineering/Plant Construction, and possesses leadership skills and familiarity with technical regulations.
