Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PLC Programmer specializing in automation technology, focusing on creating and implementing control programs, primarily using the Siemens TIA Portal. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning and testing of PLC systems, implementing and modifying WinCC for Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications, and ensuring functional safety within control processes. A key part of the job involves configuring and maintaining frequency converter technology, including systems from SEW, Siemens, and Vacon, alongside diagnosing and resolving faults. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification, such as a degree or technician certification in automation or electrical engineering, and possesses mandatory fluency in German, both written and spoken. This position offers an opportunity to take on responsibility and further develop expertise within a leading European technology services platform, with minimal travel required (max 10% within Germany).
